It's an electroluminescent gauge face, there are no bulbs in the SVT cluster except for the odometer.

Good luck changing the color, maybe with an overlay or something.

Well, it needs to get the color from somewhere..I'm sure theres a way to change it. I've never looked into doing it, since I don't own a SVT(anymore).

Yeah, you change the gauge face to a different color material. It's the actual material that lights up.
