I'll have pics up in a bit, but it's a single DIN DVD receiver, with builtin bluetooth and USB (for ipods and such). I paid well over $500 new about 9 months ago, I'm looking to get $350. This will come already wired for a mk1 focus, and I'll throw in the dash kit and antenna adapter if you need it.

It's got pretty much all you need short of navigation, and sounds great with some low power aftermarket speakers.
