The flex is stock and just has around 75k on it. A little looser than stock, but all the mesh is in one piece, and there are no problems with it.
The ORP, I bought a couple years ago, and I had issues with my car that I bet caused the problems it has. When the dealer I got the car from replaced the clutch when I first bought it, they never tightened up the rear dog bone motormount properly, so it was shifting around for weeks until i figured it out. This had caused the ORP to jam aginst the steering rack on heavy shifting. There is a DENT on the bottom side in the curve (not shown) that is about 3/8" deep, and that had probably caused the cracks on either side. (shown)
It was a poor job, BUT the front o2 bung has been moved to the side, and the stock one was filled with weld.
To use it, you should be able to just weld the cracks up, but for long term, I would have it professionaly done. Other than that, it is still in decent condition. Maybe 15k on it.

ORP $50 with the 2 o2 sensors (front good,Bosch; Rear good, stock origional) $30 with out the o2s
Flex $25
