I saw a black svt focus on pilot knob in eagan gettin on 35E south i've seen him around and talked to him before just dont know who it is. He's got chrome rims they still looked like svt 5 spokes though. and i think he's like hawaiian or somethin?

I haven't been on White bear ave in months.
I have been seeing a blue SVT headed South across 694 on Rice around 7:45 a.m. on a fairly regular basis but the driver never seems to notice my car of if he does he isn't looking directly at me.
