random "ding" question

On my sisters 02 zx4 she has this random issue of the dome light turning on, door ajar light on, and door open ding. These all happen at the same time. Sometimes on a rough road, sometimes turning a corner, sometimes just because. I was thinking maybe one of the little door switches on the body by the striker. Sitting inside pushing on doors I could not get it to act up though.
Any thoughts?

Check the rear door latches, there was a recall on them years ago although it appears that the recall has expired at this point.

That's where I'd start, Don't hear of many issues like this to be honest.
