So do you have any subs in the back? I know of a guy that has a brand new JL sub he might sell. I think it would be cool in your car...thumping!
Does you window tint have any kind of UV protectant from fading or glare?

I had a couple subs in my high school days, but have since pulled all the wires.
I don't know on the tint, it was on the car when I bought it, that, the Xplod deck, and the MAF adapter and cone air filter made for some sweet starting mods. The only reason I know it's 25 is because I've been ticketed for it before

Ouch. Yeah, tint tickets suck. Did they add that on your ins? They did mine. Makes the car unsafe to operate or some crap...what BS...I'm getting a doctor note for mine, then putting 5% on my wagon, all round...F da PoPo...sorry Nils...haha.

Nope, as far as I know my insurance doesn't know about it.
If anything it should make the car safer to operate, the damn sun blinds me in the cougar
I should get a doctor note too
is that pretty straight-forward?

I like that line of thinking.
I gapped them at OEM specs of .054". Same plug on both engines. You might be surprised to know basically the ONLY 3.0 parts are the rotating assembly (block, crank, rods, pistons) oil pan, pickup tube, and heads. The valve covers, timing cover, chains, cams, tensioners, lifters, intakes, fuel injectors, all accessories, crankshaft pulley, water pump, etc are all 2.5L parts. Some people even use the 2.5 oil pan, pickup, and heads.

Do you run different sway bars on the SVT? What size are the stock ones compared to aftermarket?

The SVT comes with a smaller front at 19mm instead of 20mm to help increase traction and decrease under steer. The rear is the same 18mm bar that comes in all V6 cars. I've thought about increasing the size of the rear one to either a solid 21mm or a hollow 24mm but many people rip the mounts off the rear subframe with the larger bars and I haven't had the motivation to drop the subframe and box up the mounts.
