I took mine to the shop and had them press them in, if I had a vice, I'd burn them out with a torch, wd them, and crank until they start to slide in and then use a bolt w/ a nut and a larger sized washer to push it in the rest of the way.

Shop said they charge a min of 1/2 hr labor, which was $33, I took it to the chevy dealer, only ones open.

I got it done tonight took me longer than I figuired. With no vice I ended up burning out the small oval bushing. For the other end I used fence post mall witch had a perfict ID to use a punch and hamered it out. Wasn't to bad just had to improvise on a few things. Also cleaned off all the road grime and gave it a coat of paint and slip the new bushings in with out any problems. I will be installing this friday on my ST got any recimendations for that?

Install was a piece of cake maybe took me five min total to get the old out and the new one in. Lining up the bolt holes was the bigest pain. And the vibration some people complane about realy isn't that bad even with the ac/defrost on. Honestly I recieved more vibrations from the BS delete that I did with these bushings. All in all probobly the best mod I've done.
