header ??????

OK so im wondering if the ztec and duratec have the same bolt placement and exhaust port placement. im thinking if they do buy a nice inexpensive header and cuting the down tubes and spining them around then rewelding them.

any one know if it could work or not?

the duratec and zetecs are ass backwards form eachother

i know that the intake and exhaust are on the wrong sides but that is why i would cut and flip the down tubes.

As far as I know nothing will interchange at all.

Your best bet is to just buy a Duratec header or have one built.

yeah i figured that but the 100 bucks vs 400 was the big thing that made me think of this. damn to bad!

Go to the parts store and have them grap a header gasket from both to see if they match.
Then you'd have to make sure there is nothing in the way of your install.
