Anyone know if the Zetec is interference or none interference head? Someone replaced the headgasket on my old Zetec and neglected to mark the adjustable cam gears. Just wondering if the head could be fried now. Thanks all. Any help asap is great

its non interfer. at any rpm lower than 5grand in stock form, you start monkeying with cams and timing it will lick a piston ginst a valve if the belt snaps.
