My focus is making what sounds to be a "creaking" noise whenever the weight shifts in my car.
For instance, when I first start to move (whether forwards or backwards) from a start. Or if I downshift it makes the same noise.
I can not figure out what it is. I checked everything in the suspension and it all seems to be fine. Could it be a motor mount that is shot? I am absolutly stumped, and I do not want to bring it in to Ford even though it is warrantied without having a clue what is wrong.

Check your front springs again. They break on the bottom coil, behind the insulating rap. Look for a fat spot where the strut seat changes angles. I have personally seen this atleast a dozen time in the last year, and I don't work for ford, so I don't see 100 focuses a day. 

I was going to say sway bar end links, front. Those crappy plastic bushings get dry and make people think there is a sexy party in your ride. Replace with Moog or the no names (that are actually Moog) from Steve.
