'86 Audi 4000 Quattro in Eau Claire

This is my Brother-in-law's car. I told him I'd post it here. I checked out the car for him before he bought it and it's a very nice winter beater. He's asking $950 for it and it's up on CL right now. http://minneapolis.craigslist.org/cto/1112195726.html

5-speed, AWD, lockable center and rear diffs
power windows, locks, and sunroof

The Good:
Starts every time, pulls strong and idles smooth.
New tranny mounts
Redline gear oil and Blaufergnugen short-shift kit.
New, OEM-type exhaust (axle-back)
New battery
New brake pads (front and rear)
New air filter (not expensive, but a PITA to change)
New plugs, wires, cap & rotor
New fuel filter (not installed)
New t-stat (not installed)
New idle-control valve
New front sway bar (OEM)
Hakkapelitta “Q” snow tires (195/55-15)
Locking diffs work great
H&R lowering springs

The Bad:
Rust. Nothing dangerous, but ugly.
E-brake sticks, bad enough that I never use it
Rear windows don’t go down (fronts are just fine)
Small fuel leak somewhere under the CIS distributor (loose banjo fitting?)
Odometer is busted (speedo works fine)

I’ve also got a Yakima roof rack and a Bentley shop manual I could throw in for a small, additional price.

I just emailed him the other day about his roof rack, nice guy. he told me he'd sell me the roof rack if the car goes without it.
