Ford makes the best and I think you can order it from a ford dealer.

i have one, i got it on ebay for 50 bucks, but i also have a cd that is almost the same as the book but is for the ST170 and some other cars (RS included), so if you want the book look on ebay for a workshop manual (02,03,04) for a focus(svt is included) or if you want the cd you can have it and make a copy when i get them back(there is 2 of them around here) .
AH, btw , both are Ford Workshop manuals.

Helm Inc
That is who prints the factory manuals.
The cd's/dvd's you find online are actually counterfeit and illegally distributed. I'd say many of them came from or started with the fordcds.com site years back, you could get a free copy from them before Ford shut them down.

Besides the printed manuals and CD's I believe they offer an online subscription for a monthly fee.
