Use Carb cleaner... i got this trick from a Ford Escort forum, just put a little bit on a towel and wipe your headlights fast.

If you don't mind paying about 40 bucks to get them looking brand new, tousley has a service they do with a 3m kit. it is absolutely amazing what the lights look like after they are done. I would highly recommend it.

Oops, here it is with the polish/cleaner. http://www.amazon.com/Professional-Head ... sbs_auto_1

The pads Tousley have might be a little different(longer lasting), but this kit is the same process. BUT it says on the kit that the pads only last for 2 headlights. So the $30 at Tousley isnt a bad price. Plus you have somebody who knows what they are doing... do it for you.

wax and grease remover followed by a super-ultra-omega fine finishing compound works good as well. 8)

I've used that on my SVT with HID headlights. Worked really well. Picked it up at the local napa for $20.
