I'm working on a couple old 10 speeds and I'm looking for parts and other old bikes, donations would be great (if I wanted to spend money I'd buy new stuff :) ).

I might be willing to spend some cash on stuff if it's really interesting, I've got a 1972 Peugeot and an early '80's Raleigh I need parts for (mostly the Raleigh).

Wheels and pedals are the big issues right now.

I worked as a bike mechanic for years. If you need a hand with anything let me know.

Thanks, The front wheel from the Raleigh has a couple broken spokes and the guy at Eriks said he figured more would break if he tried to replace them and retension the wheel and it'd be cheaper to just buy a new wheel.

The rear has a broken axle so again, replacement wheel time.

I just can't afford $100.00 worth of wheels right now so I'm keeping my eye out for used stuff.

The Raleigh must have been exposed to moisture for a while because the cables were kind of crusty but I got those freed up but the left side pedal bearings are shot.

I've got another bike I can ride, a 1972 Peugeot PX-10 that my son found at a garage sale for $10.00! Gorgeous bike! The Raleigh is much bigger though which is nice since I'm 6'6".

Steve I still have that wheel that came on mine if you want it. Its just sitting. I'll never use it, I already replaced with a new wheel.

I'm with Steve tho, looking for any parts that some might have. Will accept donations...
