WTB 2.0 ZETEC DOHC MOTOR
That's a pretty good price. When I purchased one from Viking I paid 395 w/o core( in 2004). French lake auto said 300 for a "smooth" intake(which they only have, unless I forgot which is highly likely) and figure about 75 more w/o core, today. Neither was delivered and both were without cores and then again you have dealer connections so you may be able to get a better deal.

I bought mine as a complete motor from AAA in 09 for $450 w/ core with about 20k on it, picked up.
I know a short while after I bought mine, they were vitually giving em away for like $100-150 bucks and virtually sold out the majority of their stock, so I can imagine the cost is back up again.
That seems like a fair price though, especially delivered.

Sadly I had purchased 6 of those from AAA at that time, the highest mileage was 42,000 and the lowest was 12,000 with plans of keeping the 12,000 mile motor for my car. After selling the 5 I wanted to sell a friend with a turner shop called me at 2am desperate for a zetec (after he wrecked a customers tuning a turbo) for a job that was promised for noon the next day so I sold the last one to him with plans on picking up another. So after all that I made some good money but still don't have a motor.
