It is painted black. Not perfect. Has some black overspray inside the tubes,
the tubes have some nicks from rubbing, and have slight indents from the hose clamps. But is 100% functional
It's missing the rubber bumper bolt/washers/nuts for the lower radiator mount.
You can get the rubber bumper mount from Summit racing for like $2
