So the dealer rotated my tires and after driving around for a while I noticed that I can actually feel the front wheel rotating, it's wierd. There's a little vibration cruising and when I'm breaking. Is this normal?

I would agree - it sounds like its out of balance - which can happen after time.

Check air pressure first.

Is it only under braking that its really noticable?

Once after a rotation it was vibrating a bit, i took it back to the tire shop and they balanced and remounted the tires to the car. No balancing was necessary, but they said that occassionally the wheel won't mate as flush to the rotor as it should and can cause vibrations.
Slower than your stock focus.

this correct... i to fix this problem will wizzy wheel the rotor and the back surface of the rim to remove any corrossion on the surfaces.

You could have a flat/bald spot, warped rotors, alignment issues, off balanced tires, the list could go on. Take it to a tire shop or like I said in the other thread, take it to a reputable shop that knows what they are doing.

ive never seen a alignment issue cuse a vibe..... a chewed tire from a bad align yes ive seen, a loose front end part yes but i rarely see a focus with a loose front end, mostly bent, the tie rods are weak!!! a wheel bearing here and there. my guess is that you have a balance issue. or a cold spoting issue. if yer tires were cupped then yes id recog a align but make sure that they use the updated (as per the tsb) align specs . just watch those dealerships, i left touseley cus the way they did biss, i have a little more controll over how my customers get treated at TP and i have people ask for me by name so its good .
