OOPS, I DID IT AGAIN
eh, nothing too frightening about it. Worst thing that could happen is I either blow my main fuse for the audio equipment, or get a decent finger-numbing shock. Besides, multiple batteries don't solve anything if your alternator can't put out the power required- they just let you listen to your system longer with the car off.

your cap draws on the battery just as much as a battery would.tgnorman wrote:eh, nothing too frightening about it. but it all comes down to preference.
I prefer a small 12-volt battery as opposed to a cap
you prefer a cap.
not saying you're wrong.
it's the chicken or the egg argument.
I wear my sunglasses at night.
Exactly. Same purpose, relatively same result. I just prefer caps because they don't put quite as much load on the charging system if they do go dead, and its smaller and lighter.
As you said, though, its all personal preference. Certainly is nice hanging around with people with manners, they don't jump down your throat whenever there's a difference in opinion. Which is why I don't really hang out with people from highschool....

eh, not so much for mine...bought it from a buddy at school. Needs a little sanding and clearcoat once school's done for the summer.
