Just get a supercharger with a good tune.
MUCH better for daily driving. Way more reliable then a do it yourself turbo kit, and has the power in the more usable range for normal driving.

I saw this on FJ. http://forums.focaljet.com/power/601915 ... o-kit.html $2000 for a Roush turbo kit with a tune. Not bad.

Well, bringing this topic back up for now. I had been thinking about doing the FS Supercharger but I'm pretty sure they discontinued it. But I decided I still want to go Turbo anyway. The advantages over the SC are just too much to pass on. So if anybody wants to give me any links to any kits out there that would be cool. Or seeing as this is a local site if there is anybody on this site who would be able to do something like Tom (put a kit together yourself and install it for me) and wants to shoot me a price for what they would charge for that feel free. The last option would be I could just piece one together by myself but I'd need quite a bit of help on the install.
Thanks,
Kevin
